DIFFICULTY LEVEL: BEGINNERS / MEDIUM / ADVANCED

BodyCombat is a high-intensity cardio workout that challenges you to a higher level of training. It’s a class of functional training combined with martial arts techniques, pre-choreographed, designed to test your physical limits like no other discipline succeeds.

BodyCombat by Les Mills develops your strength, explosion, movement control, effort, discipline and hitting technique, using techniques from Boxing, KickBoxing, Muay-Thai, Karate or Kapoeira. It is a complex and complete class, which combines cardio with muscular effort, coordination with speed of execution, endurance with explosion, all for guaranteed results.

Indoor Cycling classes involve simulating the real cycling experience practiced on the road or on mountain trails, in the cycling studio. This type of training has gained countless fans over time and is one of the most beneficial group classes.

Indoor Cycling involves different types of profiles that are very well defined and with a unique and well-defined purpose, such as Fartlek, HEE - High End Endurance, HILL or Extensive Interval. Each profile uses music so that the participants achieve their goals and, at the same time, have a fun and enjoyable workout.

Zumba is a fitness program inspired by Latin dance and created in the 90's by Alberto "Beto" Perez, a well-known Colombian dancer and choreographer. Zumba involves a combination of dance moves and elements of aerobics, incorporating hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, reggaeton, mambo, martial arts and even bollywood and belly dancing moves. Squat and stretching exercises are also included.

Strong by Zumba is a HIT (high intensity training) type training, with high difficulty, for those who want to test their physical endurance as well as the mental one. Compared to regular exercise programs - for example interval training, STRONG by Zumba combines different movements with increased cardiovascular impact. Thus, an intensive program developing strength and endurance, uninterrupted for one hour straight.

Core refers to the central area of our body. The correct posture and functionality of our body are directly influenced by the stabilizing muscles that form the so-called Core area.

In the Core class we focus on training the stabilizing muscles, but also the posture ones. It is a basic training in which we stimulate in detail the abdominal muscles, but also the stabilizing muscles of the back. Postural and breathing exercises complement Core training.

LesMills Grit is a complex program with a high level of intensity, inspired by the training programs of performance athletes - a total challenge.

There are 30 minutes of madness and adrenaline at maximum levels, ready to take your body to the upper limits of effort, no matter how well trained you are. It has a total metabolic effect, being recommended only to those who have a high fitness level.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL: MEDIUM / ADVANCED

It’s a cardio and toning workout, which includes a variety of exercises performed with the help of several accessories, such as: dumbbells, bars, steppers, BOSU, rope.

The Circuit class is structured on a series of exercises specific to each main muscle group, with short breaks, lasting 1 to 3 minutes. It is a workout with a high caloric consumption, which helps maintain a high muscle tone.

It’s a Body & Mind class in which we focus on our body in depth, paying close attention to breathing techniques and abdominal muscle control. It is a LesMills workout, specially designed to strengthen the CORE area and a perfect catalyst for a strong and balanced body. It is a special class in which we focus on movement. It is one of the most complex and interesting group workouts, in which we use elastics and discs with the help of which we activate muscle groups less used in the classic exercises. CXWORX is a unique training recommended for everyone.

Total Resistance eXercise (the full name of TRX) is a training tool that is highly valued in the fitness world. Carefully executed, it can be the perfect solution to maintain your high-level tone and fitness.

Hatha Yoga is an activity for the mind and body with a wide range of benefits, recommended to all body & mind lovers. It teaches you to integrate and become aware of breathing in motion, to improve your strength, flexibility and balance through postures that combine alignment with the stretching of soft tissues.

It is recommended regardless of the level of physical training or the experience of movement.
